Simon joined the firm in 2012 and brings with him over 23 years’ experience in the residential and buy to let mortgage market. Simon also works in the Expat lending market, which he has been specialising in since 2006. In 2017 Simon gained qualifications in the Equity Release market which now means he can also assist older borrowers who have borrowing needs into retirement. So often when people take on debt they need protection in the event of death, critical illness or long term illness. This is where Simon works closely with his team who provide the advice on the range of protection benefits and quite often in relation to employee benefits for companies.
